About

My name is Chris Patmore, owner of CP Maintenance Services which I started in 1980. I am a professional painter and decorator with over 30 years of experience based in Romford, Essex. I also have been a Specialised Tutor Lecturer teaching the craft for over 30 years to students in a FE College.

As a Master Decorator I specialise in home decoration which includes areas such as decorating, painting, spraying and wallpapering. I also work with more complex techniques such as Gold Gilding, Graining and Marbling. In 2008 I was appointed President of the Association of Painting Craft Teachers to which many tutors and lecturers belong.
 

In addition to this, I am also able to carry out the minor maintenance of domestic homes, such as plumbing and carpentry.
